Highlighting our youth poets: Bancroft Elementary School

NOTE: Each week, we are featuring a school's performance from the 13th Annual Poetry Slam! During the two-night event, each of the 25 schools DC SCORES serves got the chance to perform original poems and songs. 

Bancroft Elementary School mixed up languages, performing a trio of original works including a Spanish poem about rosas, which they concluded with a toss of the flowers into the applauding audience. Check it out!
